Send the renewal from your inbox. Get the analysis back.
The carrier’s renewal arrives as an email. Send it on from there — with the Send to blankit button inside Outlook, or by forwarding it to your firm’s intake address — and it is treated exactly as if you had uploaded it: same reading, same actuarial engine, same record. A draft analysis is waiting in your pipeline a few minutes later, matched to the client.
Four steps, one of which is yours.
Step 1
Someone sends the email
Press Send to blankit in Outlook, or forward the carrier’s message to your firm’s intake address. No upload screen, no tab switch.
Step 2
blankit picks it up
It reads the attachments — the renewal letter, the claims pages, the rate tables — and the covering email too, where the rate cap, the pooling charge and the commission scale are usually stated.
Step 3
The engine runs
The full fair-premium sequence, line by line — the same one that runs on an upload, not a lighter email version of it.
Step 4
The answer is in your pipeline
A draft analysis matched to the client, recorded against whoever sent it in, ready to review before anything goes anywhere.
The address says what the document is.
Your firm has an intake address for each kind of document, all on your own handle — jonesbenefits@renewals.blankit.ca, jonesbenefits@claims.blankit.ca and so on. Forward the carrier’s email to the right one and blankit knows what to do with it, without asking. Nothing to install, and it works from any mail client.
| renewals@ | Renewal proposals | A draft fair-renewal analysis lands in your pipeline, matched to the client. |
| claims@ | Claims experience reports | Parsed into your claims library, with the branded report ready to send. |
| quotes@ | Carrier quotes | Attached to the client’s open quote case, and the case moves to received. |
| commissions@ | Commission statements | Reconciled paid-against-owed per group, with shortfalls flagged. |
| revisions@ | Coverage revisions | Mid-year plan changes priced and returned as a branded summary. Reads the email body too — no PDF needed. |

For firms on Microsoft 365. No forwarding address to remember, no tab to open — the carrier’s email goes across from where it landed, and the same reader, engine and audit trail are on the other side.
Installed once for the firm
Your Microsoft 365 admin adds the add-in for everyone from a single address. Nothing to configure per person — and anyone can try it on their own mailbox first.
Each person connects their own mailbox
Open the pane, sign in once, and it stays connected. What you send is recorded against you, not a shared inbox.
Send from the insurer’s email
Open the carrier’s message, say what the attachment is, and send. PDFs, Excel and CSV, multi-file packages included. Forwarding to your intake address still works too.
Where the team already looks.
Renewals coming due, cycles that have gone quiet, quotes still outstanding, loss ratios worth a conversation. They land on the task board in your dashboard and in the daily email digest — using the notification settings you chose, so nothing you muted comes back.
An inbox is where the carrier already writes to you.
The route in is the one the documents already take. What changes is what happens next — and that is built to be checked.
Recorded against a person
A forwarded email is attributed to whoever forwarded it, and the add-in signs each person into their own mailbox. “Who sent this?” always has an answer.
Reviewed before it moves
Every figure blankit reads can be checked and corrected in the draft. Nothing reaches a carrier or a client until you have read what is going out.
Nothing sent on your behalf
No carrier email, no client document, no change to your account happens without someone approving it first.
Canadian hosting, unchanged
Documents sent from Outlook or forwarded by email are processed and stored in Canada, exactly as an upload would be.

Folders and upload work the same way.
The route in changes; nothing after it does. Every route runs the same reader, the same engine and the same audit trail. And if your firm lives in Slack or Microsoft Teams, that is where your clients’ employees reach Paige, the benefits assistant— your own work stays in the inbox and the dashboard.
A watched folder
Point blankit at the Google Drive folder your team already saves carrier documents into and it picks them up on its own.
Upload
Drop the PDF into blankit directly — or photographed and scanned pages, or the carrier’s claims workbook. The reader handles all of them.
Forward one email and see.
Your intake addresses are in your firm settings, under Connections. The Outlook add-in takes a one-time install by whoever manages your Microsoft 365; there is a guide inside blankit that walks you through it.
