What counts as a "renewal challenge"?: Any carrier renewal PDF you run through the analyzer. Unlimited across every tier — there’s no per-renewal credit system.
Do you charge for client books or booklets?: No. Client library and booklet storage scale with your firm, not your bill.
Is there an onboarding fee?: Solo and Firm: no. Enterprise: onboarding and training are included in the annual contract.
Where is the data hosted?: AWS Montreal (ca-central-1). Client data at rest stays in Canada. AI inference runs through AWS Bedrock — entry points are in ca-central-1, but Claude 4.x calls are routed via AWS `global.*` inference profiles (typically US-routed under the AWS DPA). Fully disclosed on /sub-processors and /legal/privacy.
