Questions

Common ones, answered.

What counts as a "renewal challenge"?
Any carrier renewal PDF you run through the analyzer. Unlimited across every tier — there’s no per-renewal credit system.
Do you charge for client books or booklets?
No. Client library and booklet storage scale with your firm, not your bill.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Solo and Firm: no. Enterprise: onboarding and training are included in the annual contract.
Where is the data hosted?
AWS Montreal (ca-central-1). Client data at rest stays in Canada. AI inference runs through AWS Bedrock — entry points are in ca-central-1, but Claude 4.x calls are routed via AWS `global.*` inference profiles (typically US-routed under the AWS DPA). Fully disclosed on /sub-processors and /legal/privacy.
How do I get started?
